After graduating from the TSX-V to the TSX, Rainy River Resources wanted a new brand identity to demonstrate their strong position to the investment community. I focused on developing an identity that communicated Rainy River’s core strength—their key asset’s location in Canada. The final result is a modern, bold look that carried across everything from the website, factsheets, stationery, clothing, signage and more. The new logo provides the look of a senior resource play and also created enthusiasm and excitement among the company’s employees. Rainy River Resources was acquired by New Gold in 2013.
